BANGALORE: Putting an end to hectic parleys for three consecutive days, the BJP ministry in Karnataka led by new Chief Minister D V Sadananda Gowda will be expanded today with the induction of 21 ministers.According to the consensus reached between the rival factions, 12 members from the former Chief Minister B S Yeddyurappa's camp and nine from Jagadish Shettar's will join the five-day-old ministry, party sources said.Govenor H R Bhardwaj will administer oath of office and secrecy to the new ministers in Raj Bhavan at 5.30 pm.Those who would be sworn-in are: V S Acharya, Shobha Karandlaje, M P Renukacharya, Basavaraj Bommai, C M Udasi, Murugesh Nirani, C C Patil, Umesh Katti, Laxman Savadi, Revunaik Belamagi, C H Vijayashankar, Krishna Palemar (all from Yeddyurappa group), Jagadish Shettar, Govind Karjol, S A Ramdas, A Narayanaswamy, R Ashoka, B N Bacchegowda, Vishveshwara Hegde Kageri, S A Ravindranath and S Sureshkumar.The party has decided to exclude the Reddy brothers-- G Karunakara Reddy, G Janardhana Reddy and B Sreeramulu -- from the Cabinet and also V Somanna, who have been named in the Lokayukta report over illegal mining."21 new ministers will be inducted into the ministry this evening. I have sent a letter to the Governor requesting him to administer oath to the new ministers.I will complete the next round of ministry expansion within a week," Gowda told reporters here.BJP General Secretary Dharmendra Pradhan, who had been deputed by the party high command to resolve the ministry expansion crisis in the state held confabulations with both the groups since yesterday and managed to strike a consensus.
