Katta case order on August 8

BANGALORE: The Special Lokayukta Court has reserved orders on the bail applications filed by former minister Katta Subrahmanya Naidu, his son Jagadish and others in the KIADB land scam case. Judge N K Sudheendra Rao posted the orders for August 8.The counsel for Naidu argued that the accused deserve the bail since the High Court already granted anticipatory bail to another accused in the case.
