Koraput shivers at 8 degree C

JEYPORE: The hilly terrains of Koraput recorded 8 degree Celsius, the lowest temperature of the season in the district so far. A cold wave like condition swept different parts of the tribal district which did not experience any change in night temperature till a  few days back.Dense fog in the ghat areas of Koraput and Pottangi impacted traffic movement on Friday. The day temperature was recorded at 22 degree Celsius.The winter has arrived in the district nearly a month late than the previous years.
