Seven parliamentary constituencies of Chhattisgarh will go to polls in the third and final phase of voting on Thursday.
More than 1.18 crore voters, will exercise their franchise to decide fate of 153 candidates in fray in Chhattisgarh, Chief electoral officer Sunil Kujur told media in Ranchi.
He assured that elaborate security arrangements are in place to ensure smooth polling and appealed the voters to cast their ballots. 3,283 polling booths have been categorised as sensitive.

Former Union minister Ramesh Bais, who is representing Raipur Lok Sabha seat for 18 years and had won the seat six times is seeking re-election from the same constituency. He is pitted against Congress veteran and former minister Satya Narayan Sharma in a multi-cornered contest.
State BJP president Vishnu Dev Sai is seeking re-election from Raigarh (ST) constituency where Congress has fielded Arti Singh. In 2009 polls, BJP had won six out of seven Lok Sabha constituencies going to polls on April 24 while Congress had won Korba seat, with Charan Das Mahant defeating the then prime minister Atal Bihari Vajpayee's niece Karuna Shukla.
