BANGALORE: Two unidentified miscreants robbed a man of Rs 1.3 lakh when he was waiting for a friend near Kalkere Petrol Bunk in Ramamurthynagar on Sunday. According to the police, the incident took place at around 11.30 pm when the victim Chidambara, a resident of Horamavu, was waiting for a friend. Two miscreants on Honda Activa, threatened Chidambara at knife point and robbed him of Rs 1.3 lakh and sped. A case has been registered at Ramamurthynagar police station.Security Guard Killed in Accident A security guard was killed on the spot after an unidentified vehicle knocked him down near Konappana Agrahara on Hosur Road on Sunday morning. Eshwar Reddy, 59, a native of Chikballapur and a resident of Konappana Agrahara. He was working as a security guard at hotel on Hosur Road. The police said that Reddy was crossing Hosur Road around 6 am on Sunday.
