Militants Attack Jammu and Kashmir Minister's House, Steal Rifle

Srinagar: Militants on Sunday evening attacked the police party guarding the ancestral house of PDP leader and Minister of State for Hajj Farooq Andrabi.

One policeman was injured in the attack.

There are also unconfirmed reports of rifle snatching by militants.

Farooq Andrabi is a close relative of Chief Minister Mehbooba Mufti.

The house is located in Shishtergam area of Dooru in Anantnag.

This is the second major terrorist attack in south Kashmir in the last 12 hours.
