In a horrific case in Mumbai, a Class 1 student of a private school in Chembur lost his vision in one eye after his classmate struck him with a pair of scissors.
The boy's parents have sent a legal notice to the school alleging negligence by teachers. However, the school has denied the allegations and said that they always hand over metal equipments to students under restrictions and supervision.
