HYDERABAD: A new tech park on a 2,32,000 sq. feet area will come up at Gachibowli for commercial purposes, mainly for IT/ITES companies. This new venture called Shanta Sriram Tech Park will have a snack bar, gym, meditation hall, optimum power supply, power back up , rest area for car drivers, integrated security and a hotel, which has already been leased out to the Time Square Hotel group.Addressing a press conference on the launch of the project, M. Narsaiah, CEO, said this project is good for the common man to invest in a commercial venture, as investors are assured of a minimum 9 p.c return. The venture is located in the prime hob for IT companies, and is a definite source for revenue, he added.Shanta Sriram Constructions (P) Ltd is one of India’s top 10 construction firms, which has constructed several landmark projects to its credit in the last 17 years since its inception.
