New Delhi: Reliance Anil Dhirubhai Ambani Group (ADAG) on Thursday said that none of its three executive chargesheeted in the 2G spectrum scam had offered to become approver in the case.
"None of the three Reliance executives, chargesheeted by CBI, have at any stage till date expressed any desire to become approvers.
"The distorted media reporting on this issue is a very serious matter and will be acted upon," a spokesperson of Reliance Telecom, part of RADAG, said in a statement.
It followed the CBI statement in the Supreme Court that three executives of RADAG might be made approvers in the case.
The statement further said, "It is reiterated neither Reliance Telecom nor the promoters are beneficiaries of any telecom licences issued in January 2008."
