SANGAREDDY: There seems to be no respite from troubles to the members of the family of former minister Pilli Subhash Chandra Bose. After a case had been registered against his wife Narayanamma for hoodwinking job-seekers at Kakinada a few months ago, it is the turn of the ex-minister’s daughter Aruna to be slapped with a case of cheating her friend. The Ramachandrapuram police (Medak district) on Friday registered a case against Aruna under Section 420 of IPC as per the orders of a court. Ramachandrapuram police said , K Satyavati, who a native to Kovvur in West Godavari district, came to Ramachandrapuram in Medak district and settled down there about 15 years ago.Following some financial problems, she obtained a loan of Rs 10 lakh from her classmate and Bose’s daughter Aruna in 2004.As a collateral security, she kept the documents pertaining to her 2.82- acre land in Kovvur in West Godavari on the condition that the latter would return the documents immediately after repaying the loan.Satyavati cleared her loan in 2009 and asked Aruna for the land documents. Aruna told her that she had sold off the land to meet her requirements as Satyavati had not paid the loan for five years.Shocked by the answer, Satyavati moved a court in Sangareddy for justice. The court directed the police to register a cheating case against Aruna.
