Prosecutor objects to film producers plea

BANGALORE:  The state prosecutor has objected the petition filed by film producer and realtor B M Govardhan Murthy, who is accused of murdering Kannada film actor Vinod (32).
Advocate, C V Nagesh contended that there was no need for reexamining the witness counsel for the prosecution, as the accused is wasting the time of the court.According to the submission, the petitioner was granted more than 45 days to examine the witnesses and should not be granted more time. The cross examination is also done so there is no ground to call the witnesses again. Earlier senior counsel Tomy Sebastin had submitted that the petitioners have more evidence in the form of photographs therefore there is a need to reexamine the witness.
