SSC Stenographer Recruitment 2017 Skill Test has been rescheduled to be conducted between 20th August and 19th September 2018. The Staff Selection Commission (SSC) has released a notice for the same citing the above mentioned dates. The detailed schedule will be notified later by the Regional/Sub-Regional offices of the Staff Selection Commission.
SSC had organized the written examination for SSC Stenographer Group C and D Recruitment 2017 in September 2017, last year. A total of 2,24,618 candidates had appeared for the same.
The result of written exam was declared in November 2017 as per which a total of 8,469 candidates had provisionally qualified for Skill Test for Stenographer Grade 'C' and 15,004 candidates had provisionally for Skill Test for Stenographer Grade 'D'. However the Skill Test was postponed.
The provisionally qualified candidates now must keep a tab on the concerned Regional/Sub-Regional SSC websites to know the Skill Test schedule as and when it is released. Meanwhile, candidates can read the official notification here:
