WARANGAL: A government school teacher was suspended on Saturday for allegedly forcing students of a primary school in a neighbouring village to consume liquor in the district.Though the incident happened on Friday, it came to light on Saturday after parents of students complained to the headmaster.According to information, a school assistant K Chandrasekhar of Parkala works at ZP high school in SN Kotapalli village in Bhoopalpally mandal. Everyday on his way to school from Parkala, Chandrasekhar buys liquor from a shop near a government primary school in Doodpalli.Similarly, on Friday also he bought liquor and was having it on the primary school premises. In an inebriated condition, he forcefully made a couple of primary school students to consume liquor along with him. The students started vomiting and informed their parents.Based on a report submitted by the Bhoopalpalli mandal education officer following an investigation into the incident, Warangal district education officer Y Chandramohan suspended the drunkard teacher.
