BNAGALORE: International Tech Park Bangalore concludes Green month with live music concert. The month long green celebrations completed on a high with an energised music concert by city based band ‘Bourbon Street. The band enthralled the audience with an eclectic performance playing Jazz, Blues & Original Carnatic Fusion music.During the month long event employees participated in weekly theme based activities such as ‘Tree plantation week’, ‘Eco-drive week’, ‘Eco-bazaar week’, and ‘Green ideas week’. The Go-green event was a mix of fun activities focused on environment awareness. While the tree plantation week saw 80 new trees planted across the park, the eco drive week saw a display of environment friendly vehicles. A free emission test and vehicle check up camp was also organised during the second week. The third week, eco bazaar week showcased a variety of eco-friendly products, ranging from organic food to home décor items made from natural fiber. Apart from these energy saving products such as energy efficient electronic products were also showcased.The last week saw a host of pictures that were sent for the photography contest. The theme for the contest was Nature and Me.
