Youth held for ATM thefts

PURI: Manoj Kumar Sahoo, 20, was arrested by Puri police for ATM thefts.Informing mediapersons on Wednesday, SP Amitendranath Sinha said Sahoo was involved in as many as 12 ATM theft cases across the State.Acting on four complaints by locals, including an additional civil judge of Puri  of money being drawn from their accounts through the SBI ATM, the police kept a close watch on all ATMs located along the beach. On Wednesday, police nabbed him from a SBI ATM in front of the police station while trying to suspiciously draw money from it. He is a native of Khanduru village under Polsara police limits of Ganjam district.
