2024 MAMA Awards 1st Lineup Of Performers: TXT, ENHYPEN, ILLIT, RIIZE To Set The Stage On Fire

After announcing the list of nominees for the 2024 Mnet Asian Music Awards (MAMA), the first lineup of the artists who will impress viewers with their electrifying performances was unveiled. On October 15, the MAMA Awards announced the list of names, which included K-pop artists like aespa, ENHYPEN, TXT and ZEROBASEONE.

The 2024 MAMA Awards, scheduled to take place in the third week of November, will have its first-ever ceremony at the Dolby Theatre in Los Angeles on November 21. Following this, the ceremony will take place at the Kyocera Dome in Osaka on November 22 and 23. On the first day in Los Angeles, ILLIT, KATSEYE and RIIZE will perform.

All three groups, who are scheduled to perform on the first day of the 2024 MAMA Awards, are relatively new in K-pop. While the five-membered girl group Illit made their debut in March 2024 and created a buzz with its single Magnetic, KATSEYE made noise for being the first global group under HYBE. The girl band, consisting of six members, debuted with their single Debut in June. Meanwhile, RIIZE rose to popularity with their unique style.

On November 22, the popular K-pop groups ENHYPEN, IVE and TXT will perform in Japan. While HYBE’s two boy groups, ENHYPEN and TXT (Tomorrow X Together), are on the rise with their electrifying performances and diverse discography. IVE, on the other hand, has become a force to be reckoned with in the world of K-pop.

The 2024 MAMA Awards will conclude on November 23, with performances by aespa, INI and ZEROBASEONE. Known for songs like Drama and Spicy, the four-membered girl group will enthral viewers with their energetic performances on their hit songs. On the other hand, INI, the Japanese boy band consisting of 11 members, will also enthral the viewers in the upcoming MAMA Awards. ZB1, who is steadily rising to fame, debuted in 2023. It has become an instant hit among K-pop fans with its songs In Bloom, Crush and Feel The Pop, among others. We surely can’t wait to witness their magic on the MAMA stage.

In other news, OG K-pop artists like BTS’ Jungkook and Jimin, IU, Seventeen, Stary Kids and many more are eyeing some of the biggest awards at the 2024 MAMA Awards. The awards will be decided by a combination of factors, like judging evaluations, streaming data and album sales. Moreover, fans also play a key role, as they can vote for certain categories. In order to be eligible for the awards, the artist must have released their music between October 1, 2023 and September 30, 2024.
