Airasa

Airasa is a mouth-watering sweet dish from Chhattisgarh that will leave your guests wanting for more. This dish is prepared by soaking rice in water for a day or overnight. The next day, it is dried and then ground into flour. To the rice flour, jaggery is added and cooked on low flame. This sweet is extremely soft and delicious to eat.

Khaja

Khaja is a staple sweet that is made by Chhattisgarh people during Holi. It is made by adding oil and salt to the dough and kneading it with water. Then the dough is rolled out into a big shape and layered one above another. Then these are rolled into rolls. After this, these are cut into small pieces and once again rolled out to form a shape. Khurmi

Saloni

Saloni is a salty dish made from flour, salt, oil and carrom seeds which is kneaded into a dough. It is then rolled out into a thick roti-like shape, and cut into long stripes and fried on low flame.
