On one hand while Sonam has been leading the fashion game in Bollywood for quite sometime now, on the other, Malaika has been termed as 'hottest mommy' on the block on several counts. While Sonam can carry anything from a denim saree, jumpsuit to a pantsuit, Malaika can even make a basic ripped jeans paired with a white sleeveless top look sensual.

And while pulling off stripes isn't everybody's cup of tea, it seems like these two gorgeous women have even mastered the art of wearing stripes.
In separate appearances on the evening of March 8, the two were seen dressed in monochrome stripe outfits.
While Sonam donned a Raw Mango ensemble exuding 'raw simplicity' in a striped top belted in front for a store launch, Malaika sported anti-fit, flared monochrome striped pants with a black off-shoulder crop top for Seema Khan's birthday bash.
Sonam, who has a knack of pulling off quirkiest of outfits with uncanny ease, teamed the monochrome striped top with a white cotton saree. She completed her look with red lip color, jewelry from Amrapali and a vintage hairdo. Her crystal encrusted ear cuffs certainly deserve a special mention.
After the denim saree look, Sonam's latest pairing of a top with a saree has given the traditional Indian nine-yard a modern-day twist yet again.
Malaika Arora Khan on the other hand chose to leave her tresses open and opted for a choker to accessorise. Khan completed her look with minimum makeup with a dash of pink for the lips.
