Actress Priyanka Arul Mohan Shares Health Update After Accident During Mall Inauguration

Actress Priyanka Arul Mohan, known for her roles in Doctor, Gang Leader and others, was recently injured at a mall inauguration in Thorur, Andhra Pradesh. A video going viral on social media shows people filming the mall’s inauguration on their mobile cameras.

All of a sudden, the stage breaks and the people on the stage fall. There was a ruckus after the incident and the authorities were quick to rescue the Doctor actress and other people. In the clip, the police officers can be seen escorting Priyanka, dressed in a yellow saree, out of the venue.

A more close-up video of this incident has also been shared on social media which shows the host announcing the arrival of Priyanka. The crowd was rooting for the actress and some videographers were on the stage as well clicking her photographs. All of a sudden, the mishap happened.

Luckily, Priyanka is out of danger and gave updates regarding her health on Twitter. She tweeted, “In light of the accident that occurred at an event I had attended in Torrur today, I wanted to let my well-wishers know that I’m okay and was lucky to escape with minor injuries. My prayers and wishes for a speedy recovery to those who may have suffered any injuries in the incident.” The doctor actress thanked everyone for the kind messages of love and care they sent her way and concluded with a “Thank you” message.

Priyanka Mohan played the role of Charulatha in the film Saripodhaa Sanivaaram written and directed by Vivek Athreya. Headlined by Nani, this film was released at the cinemas on September 26, 2024. Backed by DVV Entertainment, this film starred SJ Suryah, Aditi Balan, Murli Sharma, Sai Kumar and others. Saripodhaa Sanivaaram received mixed reviews on account of its brilliant direction but lacklustre writing. This film is currently streaming on Netflix.

Priyanka will next act in the film Brother written and directed by M Rajesh. This film stars Jayam Ravi, Bhoomika Chawla, Rao Ramesh, MS Bhaskar and others in important roles. This film is all set to release on the big screens on October 31, 2024.
