Alia Bhatt has, time and again, opened up about her little one and has always shared how motherhood has transformed her life in profound ways. However, recently, the actress revealed a beautiful piece of advice from her dad, Mahesh Bhatt for Raha’s upbringing.

In conversation with her mom Soni Razdan, for the Nod magazine, Alia revealed what her papa told her. Calling it a defining moment in her life and in their relationship, she shared, “Papa recently told me: “If you don’t let Raha fall down, it will be the biggest mistake you’ll make because she’ll never learn how to pick herself up. So that was a defining point in my life, and our relationship.”

Alia also revealed that she felt ‘very guilty’ when she was pregnant and shooting for Heart of Stone in London. “I couldn’t sleep for three days because I felt so guilty about how maybe I wasn’t a good enough daughter. I don’t know if it was the hormones, but I remember this overwhelming feeling of love, care, responsibility, and worry—all hitting me at once.”

Alia Bhatt welcomed Raha back in 2022 with Ranbir Kapoor. They shielded her from the paparazzi until last Christmas, when they unveiled her face to the world at the Kapoor family Christmas lunch.

On the work front, Alia Bhatt will soon be seen in Jigra.
