American singer Ariana Grande’s ex-husband, Dalton Gomez, has made his relationship with actress Maika Monroe official on Instagram. On June 9, Monroe posted a series of affectionate photos, marking the start of their public romance. The pictures were simply captioned with a shooting star emoji.
In one of the pictures, they are seen sharing a passionate kiss, with Monroe standing on her tiptoes and her arms wrapped around Dalton Gomez’s neck. Another photo features them cuddling on a boat against a scenic sea view, both dressed in matching black outfits. This Instagram announcement comes eight months after Gomez and Monroe were first romantically linked. Weekly magazine People reported that Monroe had previously shared pictures of Dalton Gomez on her Instagram Stories but those have since expired. This marks their debut appearance together on her Instagram grid.

In October 2023, a photo surfaced of the pair “making out in front of everyone” at the bar Jumbo’s Clown Room in Los Angeles, US. The details were reported by Deuxmoi with an eyewitness sharing that they weren’t at all concerned about being seen. The duo even introduced themselves to others.
“They were very friendly and both introduced themselves,” the source told the site.
According to Page Six, the couple recently indulged in a romantic getaway to Los Cabos, Mexico, around Valentine’s Day in February. They were seen sharing kisses while lounging outside on pool chairs in their swimwear.
Dalton Gomez was also seen sweetly placing his hand on Monroe’s lower back as they walked up a flight of stairs, as per the outlet.
Meanwhile, Gomez’s ex-wife, Ariana Grande was seen with actor Ethan Slater on a rare hockey date this weekend, attending Game One of the 2024 Stanley Cup Final between the Florida Panthers and the Edmonton Oilers on June 8. This marked a notable appearance for the duo after they initiated their relationship in 2023. They met on the set of the upcoming two-part film Wicked.

Amid the pandemic, Grande and Gomez’s relationship got serious and both got engaged in December 2020. Subsequently, they tied the knot in May 2021. Last year, Gomez finalised his divorce from Grande after two years of marriage.
On the other hand, Maika Monroe was previously romantically linked to Stranger Things star and singer Joe Keery. The former couple made their first red carpet-appearance together in October 2017. However, they parted ways sometime between 2022 and 2023.
