Chennai: Actor Dhanush's latest home production ‘Amma Kannaku’, the Tamil remake of Hindi film ‘Nil Battey Sannata’ starring veteran actress-filmmaker Revathy, has been wrapped up in just 50 days.
"The film went on the floors on January 6 earlier this year. With meticulous planning, the principal shooting has been completed in a short span of 50 days," a source from the film's unit told IANS.
Directed by Ashwini Iyer Tiwari, who had also helmed the original, the remake is jointly produced by Anand L Rai.
The film also features Amala Paul and Samuthirakani.
