Do Aur Do Pyaar Promotions: Sendhil Ramamurthy Sends Heartwarming Video Message To Fans

Vidya Balan, Illeana D’Cruz, Pratik Gandhi, and Sendhil Ramamurthy starrer Do Aur Do Pyaar is set to hit the silver screen on Friday, April 19. The movie celebrates modern relationships’ intricacies, passion, and humour. The love drama, directed by award-winning advertising filmmaker Shirsha Guha Thakurta, is an emotional rollercoaster with funny dialogue and a convoluted web of relationships.

As the movie inches closer to its theatrical release, the actors are leaving no stone unturned to promote their upcoming film. Sendhil Ramamurthy, who is currently out of the country seems to be missing out on all the action. However, he has sent a heartfelt video message, expressing his support and best wishes to the film and the team.

“Hi everyone, I have been waiting to do this video. I just wanted to check in with everyone and say how excited I am for the release of the film. I bummed out that I can’t be there to help promote it but I know Vidya and Pratik are doing an amazing job – telling you guys about the film. We are all so proud of it. I had an amazing time making it, I had so much fun. Hope you guys go out to the cinemas and check it out and enjoy watching it as much as we enjoyed making it," the 49-year-old actor said.

Further talking about his experience in the movie, Sendhil Ramamurthy termed it ‘fanatic’. “It was a fanatic experience working with Vidya, Pratik, and Illeana. It was a complete joy. So please go check it out and let us know what you think of it on all social media platforms," he added.

Meanwhile, the makers of Do Aur Do Pyaar released the trailer on April 6. The trailer offers a satirical perspective on fights between husband and wife and extramarital relationships.

The trailer begins with Pratik and Vidya engaged in a furious quarrel in their kitchen. The promotion shows the couple cheating on each other. Vidya is depicted dating Sendhil Ramamurthy, but Pratik falls for Ileana D’Cruz. There are scenes in which all couples struggle hard to make marriage work. When Illeana’s character becomes pregnant, Pratik questions her about who the father is. The slice-of-life romantic comedy depicts the interpersonal turmoil, perplexity, self-doubt, and dissatisfaction of metropolitan lovers.
