The trailer of the much awaited film 'Hero' was recently released by Salman Khan. The film is a remake of Subhash Ghai's 1983 film by the same name which featured Jackie Shroff and Meenakshi Seshadri. Directed by Nikhil Advani, 'Hero' stars Sooraj Pancholi and Athiya Shetty in lead roles.
Sooraj will be seen playing a rough and fierce boy from the streets, while Athiya will be playing daughter of a police officer who is rebellious and strong headed.
The remake is produced by Salman Khan and Subhash Ghai and is slated for release on September 4.
