The year 2015 was not just about brilliant performances and box-office hit blockbusters but also about some sizzling chemistry on-screen. The eventful year did see its share of disappointments but also ended up surprising us. Some of these duos looked so good together that they ended up giving their fans some serious relationship goals. In the third edition of IBNLive Movie Awards, we select nominees in various popular categories and allow our readers decide the outcome. Take our poll to vote and choose your favourite onscreen couple of 2015.
Deepika-Ranveer (Bajirao Mastani)
Not only has their off-screen candid moments given us some serious relationship goals, but the unbelievable understanding they shared in this film makes the one of the best pairings of the year. Indeed, no other actors could have played the love story of Bajirao Mastani this well.
Deepika-Ranbir (Tamasha)
You just can't deny the fact that Ranbir and Deepika make up for one of the hottest couples of Bollywood. While they've had their share of ups and downs; it has never affected their professional rapport. Their intense passion on-screen definitely had many takers this time.
Priyanka-Farhan (Dil Dhadakne Do)
The magic created by two of the most versatile celebrities of Bollywood in 'Dil Dhadakne Do' was beautiful. Despite a brief presence, Farhan and Priyanka's track in the film established their chemistry long enough for fans to become eager to see them together on screen again.
Kangana-Imran (Katti Batti)
'Katti Batti' disappointed the audience but the north-south pole chemistry between the lead pair, worked for Imran again. The cute boy next door's love story with a wild, care free girl came naturally to both the actors. We wpuld love to see them essay each other's lovers again in a film with better script and story.
Kangana-Madhavan (Tanu Weds Manu Returns)
This wasn't the first time this duo featured together in a film. In 'Tanu Weds Manu', the surprising chemistry and comfort between the two not only had many takers but also ended up making the film a blockbuster hit. This time too, Madhavan's ease with Kangana made this movie a success.
Kajol-Shah Rukh (Dilwale)
Needless to say, this was one of the most awaited pairings of 2015. What can be said about this couple before that hasn't been said before. The ease with which this couple takes the lead is just unmatchable. While the film didn't do well at the box-office; it managed to reunite Raj-Simran from 'Dilwale Dulhaniya Le Jaayege' and to an extent recreate the magic of their togetherness.
Bhumi-Ayushmann (Dum Lagaa Ke Haisha)
Apart from Bhumi Pednekar's fine acting skills, this film also gave us one of the most amazing couples of 2015. The brilliance with which this couple pulled of the inhibitions of the newly-weds and complexities of new relationships is indeed remarkable.
