Kangana Ranaut has shared her first post since the news emerged that she is selling her Mumbai bungalow. On Sunday, it was reported that Kangana’s house, which was partially demolished by the BMC in September 2020, has been put up for sale. While the actress has not reacted to the reports, she did share a post featuring a quote by Sun Tzu. The quote read, “An evil man will burn his own nation to the ground to rule over the ashes.”
Sharing the quote, she wrote, “If someone can burn the nation down in the fire of casteism only for the throne then remember that person don’t mind ruling over the ashes. Beware.” It is unclear what prompted Kangana to share the post.

Kangana has been busy with her political career ever since she won a seat from Mandi in the Lok Sabha Elections in June 2024. The actress is often spotted in the Rajya Sabha. She recently also spoke about the budget and interacted with CNN News18 exclusively about the relief work planned in the cloudburst hit area of Kullu.
Meanwhile, Kangana’s bungalow situated in Bandra’s Pali Hill area has reportedly put up the sale board. The property also houses her production house’s office, Manikarnika Films. The rumour stemmed from a YouTube page called Code Estate. The channel shared a video claiming a production house office is up for sale. Although the name of the production house and the owner was not revealed, the photos and visuals used in the video hinted that it was Kangana’s office. It is claimed that the bungalow is being sold for Rs 40 Cr. However, News18 couldn’t verify the claims at the time of publishing.
The description of the video revealed that the bungalow comes with the piece of land it is built on. It has been revealed that the plot Size is 285 square meters, with a construction area of 3,042 sq ft. The house also has an additional parking space of 500 sq ft. The building has two floors and is priced at Rs 40 crores.
