Kannada Film Happily Married To Have Its OTT Release On September 28
Happily Married is the Kannada remake of the Malayalam film titled Love.

Kannada actress Manvita Kamath will be gracing the OTT platforms with her upcoming film Happily Married. It is jointly directed by Arunkumar M and Sabu Aloysius. Apart from Manvita Kamath, the film also stars Pruthvi Ambaar in the lead role. Dharmanna Kadur and Sreejith Ravi play prominent characters in the film. Happily Married is the Kannada remake of the Malayalam film Love, which was released in 2020. It starred Shine Tom Chacko and Rajisha Vijayan in the lead roles. It was directed by Khalid Rahman. Happily Married will mark the first film for the actress Manvika Kamath after she got married to music producer Arun Kumar this year. The makers have recently released the trailer of the film. It will be available on various OTT platforms from September 28.

The film Happily Married has been in the making for three years. It saw several delays. It is jointly produced by Biji Arun, Josekutty Madathil & Ranjith Manambarakkat under the banner of Silver Train International & Tiny Hands Production. The film follows the story of a much-in-love couple as their relationship swiftly crumbles.

In the trailer, Pruthvi and Manvita are a young couple that begins to have differences of opinions, which, over time turn to hostility and violence against each other. It is speculated that one of them dies during the scuffle. The film also stars Dharmanna Kadur and Shreejith Ravi, with the latter making his Kannada movie debut with Happily Married. The film comprises several twists and turns which makes it interesting. As per the trailer, the film will be streaming on Hungama, Watcho, VI Movies & TV, TATA Play Binge, Xstream Play and ABC Talkies OTT platforms.

In the original film, directed by Khalid Rahman, Shine Tom Chacko played the role of Anoop, while Rajisha donned the character of Deepthi. They both get into a fight which results in a violent outcome. It is followed by the sudden and frequent visitors who try to know the nits and bits of his relationship with his wife. It was remade in Tamil too.
