Ram was at the ceremony not only to show his support to Chandrababu Naidu but also to Pawan Kalyan. The actor-turned-politician swore in as the Deputy CM of Andhra Pradesh at the event. Following Kalyan’s win last week, Ram visited Kalyan with Chiranjeevi and fell on his feet. The heartwarming video went viral at the time. “A proud day for our family! Congratulations to my @PawanKalyan Garu on his phenomenal win!” Ram tweeted at the time.
For the unversed, Telugu superstar Pawan Kalyan had everyone’s attention this election season. The actor-turned-politician contested in the Andhra Pradesh Assembly from the Pithapuram Assembly and won the seat. Kalyan, who is the head of Jana Sena Party, defeated YSR Congress Party rival Vanga Geetha by over 70,000 votes. This is Kalyan’s first political win.
On the work front, Ram Charan is shooting for Game Changer and has projects with other directors. Ram Charan is also gearing up for his next project, RC17, which will kick off shortly. Before that, he had announced that filmmaker Sukumar will be joining him for their second collaboration. This film follows their successful partnership in “Rangasthalam,” released six years ago.
