The Indian film industry has given us remarkable talent in the form of child artists. Despite their young ages, these little actors have proved to be some of the most sought-after actors. One such name is Master Prabhakar who started as a child artist in showbiz. Recent images of the actor are making rounds on the internet, going viral among the fans.

Prabhakar, popularly known as Master Prabhakar, has worked in over 150 films in his career, in Tamil and Telugu movies. The former actor has worked with influential cinema names like MG Ramachandran and Sivaji Ganesan. Some of his most popular films include Bama Vijayam, Thirumalai Thenkumari and Moonru Ezhuthu.

Some images of the actor said to be his recent photos, are getting viral on social media. The first image shows Prabhakar sporting a sweet smile to the camera. He is seen wearing a grey-hued, lined shirt and a silver finger ring. In another, the former child actor is captured in the middle of a media interaction, donning a light-blue shirt.

As per reports, when Prabhakar started to face struggles in getting film opportunities, he opened a Xerox shop in Chennai. He was the first person to set up a colour xerox shop in the city, added the reports.

Prabhakar was last seen in the film Devi Abhayam, which was released in 2005. It was directed by Vijaya Sarathy and starred names like Raasi, Prema, Sai Kiran, Ranganath, Narra Venkateswara Rao, Prabhakar, Vinod Prabhakar and more. Avutu Srinivas Reddy produced the film and the music was composed by MM Srilekha.

One of his successful releases as a child actor was Bama Vijayam, which was directed by K Balachander, who is also credited as the writer. The film starred Sowcar Janaki, Rajasree, Kanchana, Jayanthi and Sachu in important roles. MS Kasi produced the film under the banner of Manohar Pictures. M S Vishwanathan did the music while the cinematographer was P N Sundaram and the editing was done by N R Kittu. It was released in 1967.
