Dolly Sohi Rushed To Hospital Due To Breathing Issues Months After Cervical Cancer Diagnosis: Report

Television actress Dolly Sohi was rushed to hospital recently after she complained of breathing issues. The actress was diagnosed with cervical cancer last year following which she also left the show Janak, which also starred Hiba Nawab and Krushal Ahuja in the lead.

As reported by Bollywood Life, Dolly was admitted to hospital recently after she faced some difficulty in breathing. Reportedly, the actress is now fine and recovering well.

This comes just two days after Dolly took to her Instagram handle to share a note that read, “Prayers The world’s greatest wireless connection.. Works like miracle so please I need your prayers.” The post left her fans and friends concerned who then rushed to the comments section to motivate the actress. “Love and Light, U r strong women,” one of the fans wrote. “Our Prayers Always With You Dear @dolly_sohi Mam Aap zarur jeetkar.. Avoge..You Are Very Strong Person, Be strong Mam, Lots Of Love From Your.. Fans, love You Mam,” another comment read.

Among others, actor Akshit Sukhija also wrote, “our prayers are with you” as he also dropped a red-heart emoji. Actor Karan Khanna also commented, “Don’t worry we are all praying dolly”. Check it out here:

For the unversed, Dolly Sohi was diagnosed with cervical cancer in September 2023. Even though she kept the work going for some time, she then left the show Jhanak after her health condition deteriorated. “I have quit the show because I want to focus on my health. I was working during my chemotherapy, but now I am undergoing radiation and that takes a lot out of me. It was not possible to continue working for a daily soap and so I decided to quit,” she told the Times of India after quitting the show and added, “Due to radiation, I have been feeling weak and unable to do anything. I have to undergo more radiation cycles, which will make it difficult for me to work.”

Besides Jhanak, Dolly Sohi has also acted in serials like Piya Abhimaani, Jhansi Ki Rani, The Adventures of Hatim, Meri Aashiqui Tum Se Hi and others.
