In a 2019 interview, Ananya shared that she wanted to make a film like Dil Chahta Hai or Zindagi Na Milegi Dobara with her best friends, Suhana Khan and Shanaya Kapoor.

Ananya Panday is celebrating her 25th birthday, and the wishes are pouring in from every corner. Reportedly, she is on birthday vacation with her rumoured boyfriend, Aditya Roy Kapur, and they were spotted at the airport this weekend. However, before flying out of the city, Ananya had an early birthday celebration with her friends. Since childhood, the actress has had a close-knit bond with Suhana Khan and Shanaya Kapoor. The trio grew up together and have become successful actresses in Bollywood. Earlier in an interview, Ananya shared that she wanted to make a film like Dil Chahta Hai with her best friends.

Ananya Panday disclosed at the India Today Mind Rocks 2019 event in Indore that she would love to reinvent a Bollywood film in which she and her friends Suhana Khan and Shanaya Kapoor star together. Talking about their debuts, Ananya said, “Soon. I want to do Dil Chahta Hai girl version with Suhana and Shanaya or Zindagi Na Milegi Dobara.”

Ananya Panday has appeared in a number of films since making her debut with Student of the Year 2 in 2019. She was last seen in Dream Girl 2 with Ayushmann Khurrana. Her upcoming projects include Kho Gaye Hum Kahan and Call Me Bae.

On the other hand, her friends Suhana Khan and Shanaya Kapoor are soon going to make their acting debut. Suhana Khan’s debut film, The Archies, will be released on Netflix on December 7. Suhana plays Veronica in the movie. Shanaya Kapoor Hanaya is supposed to make her debut with Karan Johar’s Bedhadak, in which she will play Nimrit. The release date for this debut has not been confirmed yet. She is also set to make her debut in the South Indian film industry with Vrushabha. The film will feature actor Mohanlal in the lead role.

Meanwhile, Suhana Khan and Shanaya Kapoor wished their best friend via Instagram. Suhana shared a series of pictures with Ananya. She posted a snap from the NMACC launch earlier this year and wrote, “Happy birthday to my bestie.” She followed it up with an unseen photo featuring Ananya and her sister, Rysa, and wrote: “Love you forever and ever.” She also shared a picture featuring the trio.
