Was Noah Cyrus Seeing Dominic Purcell Before Mom Tish Cyrus Married Him?

Reports surfaced indicating that Noah Cyrus and Dominic Purcell were involved romantically before he entered a relationship with Noah’s mother, Tish Cyrus. According to a source cited by People, Noah, 24, “was offended” that her mother, 56, married the 54-year-old Prison Break actor after their prior involvement.

Noah and Dominic were seeing each other in a “friends with benefits” arrangement, but it ended before Tish began a relationship with Dominic, according to a People source.

“Noah and Dominic were seeing each other in a friends-with-benefits way, off and on. They stopped seeing each other and then Tish started something up,” the source said.

The source further said that Tish was aware of Dominic’s prior involvement with Noah. Despite Noah and Purcell ending their connection before his relationship with Tish started, the source claimed that Tish didn’t allow Noah the opportunity to discuss these matters before their marriage.

“Tish never gave Noah the chance to talk about all of this before they got married,” the source said.

The following development comes after People source had revealed that Noah has remained supportive of her father Billy Ray Cyrus, despite the evident tension within the Cyrus family.

“Noah is very loyal to Billy Ray,” the source said. “She and Billy Ray have always had a really close relationship.”

Billy Ray Cyrus, 62, had filed for divorce proceedings from Tish in April 2022, concluding over 28 years of marriage. Since then, both have remarried. They are parents to daughters Brandi, 36, Miley, 31, and Noah, as well as sons Trace, 35, and Braison, 29. Additionally, Billy Ray has a son named Christopher Cody, aged 31, from a previous relationship.

During the divorce, a representative for the family issued a joint statement to People on behalf of Tish and Billy Ray. “It is after 30 years, five amazing children and a lifetime of memories, we have decided to go our separate ways — not with sadness, but with love in our hearts. We have grown up together, raised a family we can be so proud of, and it is now time to create our own paths,” the statement read.

The statement continued, “We will always be family and look forward to a continued and loving shared experience as friends and parents. We have not come to this decision lightly or quickly but with so much going on in the world, we wanted to provide some clarity and closure, so we can remain focused on what is important. With Love and Hope… Tish and Billy Ray Cyrus.”

While making waves at Paris Fashion Week recently, Noah announced her engagement to Pinkus on social media in June last year. Tish and Dominic got engaged in April and got married in August last year. However, Noah was notably absent from her mother’s wedding.
