AILET 2024: Interested and eligible candidates can submit the application form on the official website at nationallawuniversitydelhi.in

The registration deadline for the All India Law Entrance Test (AILET 2024) has been extended to November 15. Earlier, the last day to apply was scheduled for today, November 13 but now it has been extended. The National Law University (NLU) conducts the AILET for admission to the BA LLB (Hons), LLM, and PhD programmes across institutes in the country.

Interested candidates can submit the application form on the official website at nationallawuniversitydelhi.in. The exam is scheduled to be conducted on December 10 from 11 PM to 1 PM. The admit cards will be issued on November 20.

AILET 2024: Eligibility Criteria

Students must have received at least 45 per cent in class 12 or equivalent to be eligible to apply for the exam. Candidates who will be taking the Class 12 exam may also apply for the test. Candidates must have earned an LLM degree or equivalent with 55 per cent or higher marks. Candidates from the OBC non-creamy, SC, ST, EWS, and differently-abled groups will receive a 5 per cent relaxation. Applicants for the one-year LLM programme must have acquired at least 50 credits in their law degree program or a comparable one.

AILET 2024: How to Apply

Step 1: Visit the official website of NLU Delhi at nationallawuniversitydelhi.in

Step 2: Click on the AILET new registration link available on the homepage

Step 3: Then, a new page will be displayed on the screen

Step 4: Key in your mobile number and email address and register yourself

Step 5: Now, fill up the application form as directed and pay the prescribed application fees

Step 6: Upload the required documents

Step 7: Submit

Step 8: Take a print out of the same for future references

AILET 2024: Application Fees

The application fee for candidates to complete the registration process is Rs 3,500. Applicants must pay Rs. 1,500 as the application fee if they are PwD (persons with disabilities), SC, or ST. In the SC and ST categories, no fee will be levied on individuals or families who fall below the poverty level.
