Senior BSP leader Naseemuddin Siddiqui has also been given the HC notice.
New Delhi: The Lucknow bench of the Allahabad High Court has issued notice to Uttar Pradesh chief minister Mayawati and senior BSP leader Naseemuddin Siddiqui in the Taj Corridor case.
The court was hearing a public interest litigation asking for the reopening of the case.
The next date of hearing is on November 9.
The CBI had earlier given clean chit to Mayawati over corruption charges in the Rs 175 crore project to upgrade facilites at the Taj Mahal.
