A day before the scheduled National Security Advisor level talks between India and Pakistan the fate of the dialogues now hanging by a thread. Separatist leaders are defiant and Shabir Shah is enroute to Delhi to meet Pakistan NSA Sartaj Aziz.

India had made it clear that Pakistan's meeting with Hurriyat leaders and discussing Kashmir is in violation of the joint statement between the two Prime Ministers made at Ufa in Russia. India has maintained that it is committed to talk as per the Ufa agreement with terrorism on top of the agenda.
