The police is likely to take action against Bharatiya Janata Party leader Sangeet Som and Bahujan Samaj Party leader Naseemuddin Siddiqui for violating prohibitory orders in Dadri area of Uttar Pradesh.
The SHO of Jharcha has submitted report in which he named Assaduddin Owaisi, Naseemuddin Siddqui, Sangeet Som and Hindu Raksha Dal for violating Section 144 of CrPC.
The administration is now contemplating taking legal action against them.
An FIR has also been lodged against the fringe group Hindu Raksha Dal for violating prohibitory orders and holding a panchayat inside the village.

Last week while visiting Dadri, BJP leader Sangeet Som, main accused in the Muzaffarnagar riots, said, "Families that indulged in cow slaughter are given protection. The UP government is taking one-sided action. Azam Khan and Asaduddin Owaisi are trying to disturb peace in the area."
Meanwhile, the BJP cracked the whip on its party leaders over the Dadri lynching incident asking them to refrain from making provocative statements in the gruesome murder, said sources.
According to the sources, the party has instructed that only the MLA and MP of the area should visit the area.
