Udhayanidhi Stalin is known for his work in Tamil cinema as a film producer and former actor. Sunder Ramu completed his secondary education at The Valley School in Bengaluru. He then attended the National School of Drama in Delhi but left midway because he struggled with Hindi. After returning to Chennai, he enrolled in the Visual Communication course at Loyola College. It was during this time that he took portfolio photographs for model Sunita Punjabi, who made it to the semi-finals of the Femina Miss India competition. This experience kick-started his career in fashion photography, leading him to work with several brands. Alongside his photography career, Sunder has been an active stage actor. He has been part of pantomimes with The Little Theatre for over a decade. Since the early 1990s, he has performed in approximately 600 shows with 12 different groups.
