Devoleena Bhattacharjee On Armaan Malik's Entry In Bigg Boss OTT 3 With Two Wives: 'This Is Not Entertainment'

Bigg Boss OTT 3 has already become a centre of attraction, stirring controversies right from the beginning. With the Anil Kapoor-hosted show now underway, the contestants are expected to make things even more interesting. YouTuber Armaan Malik has also entered the house with his two wives, Payal and Kritika, only to invite extreme backlash on social media. While fans are disappointed by the makers for promoting “polygamy” on Indian television, TV actress Devoleena Bhattacharjee has now also come forward to strongly condemn the trio’s participation. However, she refrained from directly naming the contestants.

In a long post on X, the ex-Bigg Boss contestant and actress, Devoleena Bhattacharjee, lashed out at the makers for sending the wrong message and showing “filth” in the name of entertainment. “Do you think this is entertainment? This is not entertainment, it’s filth. Don’t make the mistake of taking this lightly because it’s not just a reel, it’s real. I mean, I can’t even understand how anyone can call this shamelessness entertainment. I feel disgusted just hearing about it. Gross. I mean, in just 6/7 days love happened, marriage happened, and then the same thing with the wife’s best friend. This is beyond my imagination,” she wrote in the post.

Devoleena went on to highlight that the show is being watched by people from various age groups, including children and elders, further adding that such things will badly influence the new generation. Discussing the significance of the Special Marriage Act and the Uniform Civil Code, Devoleena also questioned the supporters of the content creators. “The thought itself is so cringe. And if it’s so necessary to have 2-3 marriages then do it and stay at home. Don’t spread this filthy mindset to the world. As a society, we are only heading towards destruction. Truly people have gone mad. And Bigg Boss, I don’t know what has happened to you,” her post concluded.

Fans instantly came out in her support, agreeing with her remarks on the Bigg Boss OTT contestants. On the other hand, another TV celebrity, Karan Kundrra was also seen taking a dig at Armaan Malik and his wives. “Armaan Malik is here with his trio, which means Armaan Malik and his two wives have entered the Bigg Boss OTT house. We will see Kalesh Pro Max in a few days. Wait for it,” he says in a video.
