Popular reality show Shark Tank India 3 recently concluded, with its final episode airing on March 31. Sustainability emerged as a key theme in the show’s final stretch, with numerous pitchers presenting their innovative business ideas. Among these entrepreneurs was Prachi, the CEO of a company focused on reducing carbon footprints, who left a lasting impression on the sharks. Aman Gupta, one of the judges, even expressed how proud his wife would be of his decision to invest in Prachi’s business. In the concluding episode, Prachi began her pitch by highlighting the pressing issues of climate change and its impact on everyday life.

She introduced her app designed to help individuals reduce their carbon footprints, explaining her commitment to creating a better environment. Prachi sought an investment of Rs 25 lakhs for a 5% equity stake in her company.

The judges were impressed by Prachi’s vision, prompting them to enquire further about her business. She revealed her extensive experience representing India on environmental matters and serving as an environmental advisor to several prominent companies in the country.

Aman Gupta, visibly intrigued by Prachi’s business, shared that his wife Piya shares a similar passion for environmental causes. He also mentioned that environmental issues are often the topic of dinner table conversations in his house, given his wife’s involvement in various environmental projects.

Sharks Anupam Mittal and Azhar Iqubal also praised Prachi’s business idea, impressed by its potential impact. Prachi then demonstrated her app and made some requests to the sharks, including asking Aman to commit to a week of vegetarianism and Radhika forgoing the use of AC for a day.

Ultimately, Aman and Radhika decided to make a combined offer to Prachi, offering her 25 lakhs for a 10% equity stake in her company. They agreed to take a 5% stake, providing Prachi with 12.5 lakhs each.

Aman expressed his satisfaction with the investment, stating, “My wife will really be happy with the fact that I invested in your business.” Prachi accepted the offer, thanking the sharks for their support.

The third season of Shark Tank India premiered on January 22 and concluded with its final episode on March 31.
