Have you ever heard of the saying ‘love is blind’? This woman’s story will make you believe in this phrase, all over again. A woman fell in love with a criminal. She did not hesitate about this and has openly shared stories about her dating life. She fell so madly in love with the criminal that she even married him. According to a report, the woman had come to know her lover through a pen pal website and soon fell in love with him. Reports suggest the name of the woman is Lora. She is a resident of Dubai, but is originally from Germany. She has recently shared on social media that she met her husband through a pen pal website called Write A Prisoner. She saw a prisoner on the website, whose likings were quite similar to hers. So she started communicating with this prisoner via SMS and chat, and she soon fell in love with him.
After 6 months, Lora even reached the US jail to meet this prisoner. In about 14 meetings, they took a lot of pictures, so that they could see and remember each other. Then after dating for 7 months, the love birds decided to marry.
Interestingly, their marriage also took place in jail. She is now waiting for her husband to be released from jail in 2025, and has decided to relocate to America. Lora says that people also make fun of her relationship and also make such comments, which she feels bad about.
Earlier a similar incident went viral. A 32-year-old woman from the UK named Laura O’Sullivan fell in love with jail convict Terrell Ravon Reese. Laura is a mother of four children. She has been in contact with Reese since 2021. As per a report, she fell in love with Reese because she was impressed by how honest and open he was to her about his criminal past, and she truly liked reading the poems and letters that Reese used to send her. The couple have never met in person. They communicate over the phone.
Laura met Reese through a mobile application that connects individuals with convicts. Reese proposed to Laura over the phone, claiming that he had changed after serving time in jail.
