Muhammad Shiraz, Pakistan’s youngest vlogger, and his little sister Muskan, known for their fun antics on the YouTube channel Shirazi Village Vlogs, recently left fans heartbroken by announcing their departure from vlogging. The 6-year-old sensation from Khaplu village in Gilgit-Baltistan shared his final vlog on May 15 explaining that his father wants him to focus on school rather than making videos. Shedding light on the decision in the latest video, his father disclosed that fame was starting to affect Shiraz’s life, due to which, the family decided to prioritize his health and childhood over stardom. He claimed that the once charming and simple child had lost some of his personality, they also noticed changes in his behaviour towards others. Since sharing the video, his father has received support from viewers, who applauded his decision to prioritize his child’s life.
Speaking about the same, his father explained, “There were 2-3 reasons behind this. The main reason was that Shiraz had gained so much popularity, but somewhere, the Shiraz who used to live in his village and make vlogs, with his simple life, started to change. He used to talk very nicely to everyone. Wherever he went, people loved him, took selfies with him and he was getting a lot of popularity everywhere. One side effect of this popularity that I noticed was a change in Shiraz’s behaviour. The old Shiraz was starting to get lost somewhere. He wasn’t meeting people as nicely as before, wasn’t talking to anyone.”
“People want to meet him, take pictures with him and since he is a child, he doesn’t understand all this. Because of this, I thought for a while that the old Shiraz, with his simple style and innocence, should come back. The second reason was his studies. Due to the vlogging, his attention to his studies was also lacking,” Muhammad Shiraz’s father added.

“He took a right step at right time,” a comment read.
An individual appreciating his father added, “This is called loving your children’s future more than money.”
Another wrote, “That’s parenting there, people are spoiling their kids for money and here he is trying to get his old Shiraz back.”
One more added, “Kaash ye cheez aur vloggers ke parents ko bhi nazar ajaye. (I wish this issue also gets the attention of other vlogger parents).”
Since the video of Muhammad Shiraz’s father was shared online, it has gone viral and garnered over 2 million views.
