TVF’s feel-good show Panchayat received immense love and acclaim from the audience and critics upon the release of its first season in 2020. Moving forward to 2024, it is one of the most-loved shows in India. Given the response to its first two seasons, the makers have now released the much-awaited third season recently. As Panchayat Season 3 takes the Internet by storm, a video has surfaced on social media. The video featured an intriguing trailer cut of the web series as a horror show, leaving netizens impressed.

Recently, a fan reimagined the web series as a horror show and dropped an edited trailer of the show to showcase it as a horror flick. The clip starts with Jitendra’s character from the show arriving at village Phulera on a bus. It cuts to a scene where he is alone in a dark room with no light. Then, we can see him trying to unfold a mystery with the iconic ‘lauki scene’ taking centre stage.

As the video progresses, he gets introduced to ‘Banrakas’ whom we all know for his popular dialogue “Dekh Rahe Ho Binod?” Further, his attempts to leave the village have been edited in a way to give it a horror twist to the trailer. It ends with a captivating note as the protagonist confronts an unknown identity and asks, “Kaun?”

The fan also replaced the melodious background music of the series with a thriller and spooky one, compelling netizens to stay glued to the trailer.
