The year 2024 has been giving exciting opportunities to the investors in the stock market. Since the start of the year, there have been many new Initial Public Offerings (IPOs) that have emerged and have been giving great returns to their investors. IPO is the process where private companies sell their shares to the public to raise equity capital from the public. The whole process of IPO turns a private company into a public company. The process also gives opportunities to investors to earn handsome money while a company turns into an IPO. Now, in the third week of March, two new IPOs are scheduled to be launched. As per reports, the two new IPOs will be a part of the Small and Medium Enterprises (SME) segment.
Chatha Foods Ltd: Chatha Foods is a frozen food processor company that is all set to open its IPO on March 19 and will close on March 21. As per reports, the company has fixed its price band at Rs 53 to Rs 56 per equity share and the lot size is 2000 shares. By becoming an IPO, the company intends to raise Rs 34 crore. The listing of shares will take place on BSE SME on March 27.
Vishwas Agri Seeds: Vishwas Agri Seeds is a company that supplies seeds to the agricultural sector in various parts of the country. The IPO of Vishwas Agri Seeds is coming on March 21. It has been found that investors can bid in the IPO until March 26. The price band of the company has been fixed at Rs 86 per share and it aims to raise around Rs 26 crore. The lot size for this is 1600 shares and the listing of shares will take place on NSE SME on April 1.
Apart from these IPOs, some other companies will also be listening in this week. The mainboard segment will have Krystal Integrated Services listed on the stock exchanges on March 21. The listing of Pratham EPC Projects Ltd in the SME segment will happen on March 18.
Royal Sense Ltd, Signoria Creation Ltd and Popular Vehicles & Services Ltd will list on the stock markets on March 19. AVP Infracon will list on March 20. KP Green Engineering, Enfuse Solutions and Enser Communications will be listed on the exchanges on March 22.
