In the state of Rajasthan, the assembly session commenced yesterday, on July 3. It is being reported that the leaves of Education Department employees have been cancelled. Even the leaves, which have been sanctioned earlier, are cancelled. Here are all the details related to the news. As per reports, the cancellation is being carried out on the instructions of the Education Department itself. These will be implemented on all the employees belonging from the block level to the Directorate of Education. They have been asked to remain present during the assembly session of the year. The School Education Department Secretary, Krishna Kaul has issued the instructions.
The reason behind such a strict ruling is being cited as the numerous questions the department can be hit with, during the session. So, the officers must be present to respond to those. For example, the MLAs can ask questions from the block office to the Directorate of Education. The officers have to be available at all times to provide the answers. According to more information, they have established control rooms for the assembly at the district as well as the directorate level. This measure is taken so that the questions can be answered as soon as possible.
It should be mentioned that this order is only applicable for the employees working in various offices of the education department. According to the Director of Secondary Education, this order is not for the teachers working in schools. As per more reports, the leaves for the teaching staff have not been cancelled. Till the period of the assembly session, the leaves will remain cancelled, says District Education Officer, Sunil Kumar.
