Step 1: Go to the LIC HFL’s website at lichousing.com
Step 2: On the homepage, look for and click on the ‘Careers’ section and go to the ‘Job Opportunities’ tab.
Step 3: GO to the online application link.
Step 4: Once the link is active, it will open up a new page (Candidates will have to register themselves).
Step 5: After logging in, fill out the application form as directed and pay the fee.
Step 6: Before submitting the form, all candidates are requested to cross-check the details.

Candidates applying for the Junior Assistant post must pay an application fee of Rs 800. It is important to note that the payment is non-refundable. Candidates are responsible for paying bank transaction fees for online application fees and notification charges.
LIC HFL Recruitment 2024: Selection Process
The selection process for the Junior Assistant posts includes an online examination and interview round. The online examination will be of objective type, multiple choice, for a total of two hours. The online examination will be conducted entirely in English. There will be negative marks for incorrect answers in the online exam.
Candidates who rank high in the order of merit based on their marks in the online examination will be called for an interview, depending on the number of openings available. Final selection will be based on merit ranking, with minimum qualifying marks in the interview.
