The Uttar Pradesh government is set to release the vacancy for Women Home Guard position soon. As per the media reports, the board is likely to release the vacancy of over 30,000 seats for the position. The recruitments will be conducted by Uttar Pradesh Home Guard Organisation. The official notification is expected to be released after the approval from the Chief Minister’s office. The interested candidates will be able to apply through the official website of Uttar Pradesh Home Guards – https://homeguard.up.gov.in. The candidate must have passed Class 10 from any recognised state or central board to become eligible for this recruitment. A total of 1151 Home Guard companies, including 785 rural and 366 urban companies, are deployed in UP. There are also 25 women companies and 60 independent women platoons. The recruitment will be done in these organisations. The Uttar Pradesh government is releasing numerous vacancies in the police and home guard department. Apart from this, the Police Recruitment and Promotion Board has announced the vacancy for the recruitment to the post of constable in the UP Police. It has announced the vacancy of over 60,000 seats for this recruitment drive. In this, 20 percent seats are reserved for women. The women candidates will be eligible for the recruitment of over 12,000 posts of constable. The interested candidates can apply through the official website of UPPPB–https://uppbpb.gov.in. The last date to apply is January 16.

In the series of recruitment, UP Police has also released a total of 1,906 seats for SI, ASI and Computer Operator Programmer posts in UP Police. The last date for the applications is January 28. The maximum age for these posts is 28 years, while the minimum age is 18 years. For the Computer Operator Programmer post, the maximum age is 30 years.
