How to Check Data Usage on Samsung Galaxy
This wikiHow teaches you how to find out how much mobile data you’ve used (total and by app) on a Samsung Galaxy.
Steps

Open your Galaxy's Settings.

Tap the gear icon in your app list. This opens your Galaxy's Settings panel.

View your connections.

Tap Connections on the Settings panel. It’s the first option in the menu.

Open the Data Usage menu.

Tap Data usage in the Connections menu. All of your data usage options are in this menu.

View your mobile data usage by date.

Tap Mobile data usage. It’s under the “Mobile” header. The total data use appears at the top of the screen, but you can filter these results so you're only seeing usage from a certain time period. To select a time period, tap the drop-down menu near the top-left corner of the screen, then select the month you want to view. If you select a different month, your total data usage at the top of this screen will update to reflect usage for that month.

See how much data is used by an app.

Tap an app to view its data usage for the selected time period. This is helpful if you're trying to figure out which apps use the most data on your Android. This displays the amount of data used by that app during the selected time period.

What's your reaction?
