Getting Immediate Assistance

Call 1-866-693-9766 to speak to a representative. To get help with your warranty question right away, call the Dyson helpline on Monday through Friday, 8am to 8pm CST, or on Saturdays from 9am to 6pm CST. Have your order number and receipt ready so you can give them your information to claim your warranty. You can find out where to take your defective product and if you’ll need a full replacement or just a new part by talking to a representative. Unfortunately, the helpline is closed on Sundays.

Start a chat to get help online. If you’d like to message a Dyson representative online, you can click on the yellow circle with the chat bubble in it at the left corner of your screen. Try writing something like, “Hi there, I have an inquiry about the warranty on an order I made a month ago. If I have used my product twice and now it won’t turn on, is that still covered under the warranty? My order number is 24589. Thank you.”

Mailing Documents and Finding More Information

Send documents or letters by mail. If you’d like to submit a receipt or an order form, you can put it in an envelope and mail it to the Dyson head office. Make sure to include your order number, your return address, and your phone number.
