How to Install Xposed
Xposed is an Android app that increases the customization and functionality of your Android phone. You'll need to download and install Xposed to set it up. To use Xposed, you need to first have a rooted phone and a custom recovery. You should also make sure your version of Android is compatible with Xposed by looking at the developer's forum for Xposed.
Steps

Open Settings Android 7 Settings App. You can also swipe down from the top of your screen and tap the gear icon.

Tap Security or Lock screen and security. The wording for this menu will vary between phone models.

Tap to turn the switch on Android 7 Switch On next to “Unknown Sources.” You might have to confirm your action before continuing. This will allow the downloaded APK to run on your phone.

Go to https://www.apkmirror.com/ in a web browser. You'll need to install the APK from a website.

Tap the search icon Android 7 Search. You'll see this in the upper right corner of your screen.

Type “Xposed Installer” and tap the ↵ Enter key on your keyboard. A list of search results will appear with the latest update appearing first.

Tap the download icon Android 7 Download next to Xposed Installer 3.1.5. Rovo89 is listed as the developer. You might have to tap the “X” icon to close an ad if one pops up.

Tap Download APK. You'll have to scroll down the page to find this. It's under “Verified safe to install (read more).” A window will slide up from the bottom of your screen, tap “OK.”

Tap Open from your web browser or the notification. You'll see the download confirmation in your web browser along the bottom of your screen. You can also swipe down from the top of your screen to show the APK download notification and tap on it.

Tap Install. You'll find this on the bottom right corner of your screen.

Open the Xposed Installer. This app icon looks like a mobile phone with a puzzle piece to the left. You'll find this app on your home screen, in the app drawer, or by searching.

Tap ☰. You'll see this in the top left corner of your screen.

Tap Framework.

Tap Install/Update. A menu will pop up.

Tap Install. You may need to grant the app permissions before installation can continue. Xposed framework may take a few moments to fully install.

Tap Reboot when prompted. Your phone needs to reboot for the new framework to activate.
