Dance the night away with this fruity, amaretto drink. This can be enjoyed before or after a meal.
Prepare your crushed ice. You can use "already crushed" ice or use an ice crusher/wooden pestle.
Scoop two scoops of ice and put it into your blender.
Pour the amaretto, gold rum, pineapple juice, coconut cream, and cream into the blender.
Place the lid on the blender and blend for 30 seconds at a low speed. Be sure that you don't hear any ice crushing.
Pour the smooth mixture in your glass and serve.
